If you use a mapping program — be aware that Sisson Road sometimes appears as Parish Road 546 (as it does on the Google Map below).

Natchitoches Parish Highway Department. Please don't give up on reaching Coffee Cat Creations Jewelry & Repair! (When you get to the part of the road where you think you might be lost, keep going and we'll be on your left in about half a mile.)

DETAILED DIRECTIONS ARE BELOW THE MAP

Directions from town/Natchitoches

University Ave / Hwy 6 West (towards Interstate-49),

Turn Right on LA Hwy 1 North,

Pass Texas St (has a stoplight),

Pass LA Hwy 6 turnoff (has flashing caution light, it is approximately 3.1 miles to the next turn),

Pass the Natchitoches Parish Compactor Station (on the right - you might not see the sign as it is partially hidden by the trees),

Pass LA-3191 (on the left).

At the top of the hill, after LA-3191, you will turn LEFT on Johnson Chute (if you get to the bayou bridge on Hwy 1 then you've gone too far),

Turn LEFT on Sisson Road (Please NOTE: This is a dangerous corner/curve in the road. Watch for speeding oncoming traffic! Sometimes our street sign is missing, so look for the rock fountain on the left. Sisson Road is immediately before the rock fountain.)

After turning onto Sisson Rd, you will drive approximately 2.4 miles total. (Please NOTE: When you're on Sisson Rd, you will PASS both ends of Sisson Loop. Drive until you think you're lost & keep going about a half-mile.)

Look for the BIG GREEN building on your LEFT. You can park in the driveway or on the street. (The mailbox with reflective number “641” is on the right across from the driveway.)

Check Google Maps if you're not familiar with the area. Be aware that GPS sometimes tries to route people down the pipeline!

Directions from the I-49

From I-49, exit 142 Posey Rd,

If you are headed NORTH (coming from Alexandria) on I-49, turn RIGHT on Posey Rd,

If you are headed SOUTH (coming from Shreveport) on I-49, turn LEFT on Posey Rd,

Posey Rd will come to a “T” (stop sign) - if the road does not end into the “T”, KEEP GOING,

Turn RIGHT on Johnson Chute,

Turn RIGHT on Sisson Rd (Please NOTE: Sometimes our street sign is missing! Look for the rock fountain on your right. Sisson Road is immediately after the rock fountain.)
